Policy against Misconduct

MUV Technologies Inc. Misconduct Policy

1. Purpose

MUV Technologies Inc. ("MUV") is committed to ensuring a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all users of its platform—both drivers and riders. This Misconduct Policy outlines unacceptable behavior and the consequences for violations. Our goal is to foster a culture of mutual respect and accountability.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

All MUV drivers, whether full-time, part-time, or contract.
All MUV riders, including registered users and guests.
Any conduct occurring during or in relation to a MUV ride or communication between users facilitated by the MUV platform.

3. Definitions

Misconduct: Any behavior that violates MUV’s Code of Conduct, Terms of Service, or this Misconduct Policy. Misconduct can range from inappropriate language to criminal behavior.
Zero Tolerance Violations: Severe misconduct resulting in immediate deactivation or referral to law enforcement.

4. Prohibited Conduct

4.1 Driver Misconduct

Drivers are prohibited from engaging in, but not limited to, the following:

Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
Verbal or physical abuse**, threats, or harassment toward riders.
Sexual misconduct** or inappropriate physical contact.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Reckless or dangerous driving, including excessive speeding or ignoring traffic laws.
Unauthorized route deviations** or refusing service without valid cause.
Solicitation, including promoting other services or requesting personal contact from riders.
Tampering with the MUV platform, falsifying ride logs, or fraudulent behavior.

4.2 Rider Misconduct

Riders are prohibited from engaging in, but not limited to, the following:

Verbal or physical abuse, threats, or harassment toward drivers.
Sexual misconduct or inappropriate advances.
Vandalism or intentional damage to a driver’s vehicle.
Bringing weapons or illegal substances into the vehicle.
Refusing to wear a seatbelt or ignoring safety instructions.
Failure to pay for services or engaging in fraudulent chargebacks.
Discrimination or hate speech directed at drivers or other users.
Drug use in vehicle.

5. Zero Tolerance Policy

The following behaviors are considered Zero Tolerance Violations and will result in immediate suspension pending investigation, and may lead to permanent deactivation and/or legal action:

Physical or sexual assault.
Threats of violence or intimidation.
Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Possession of weapons during rides.
Fraudulent use of the platform (e.g., identity theft, false accounts).

6. Reporting Misconduct

Anyone who experiences or witnesses misconduct is encouraged to report it immediately via:

All reports are confidential. MUV investigates all claims thoroughly and takes appropriate disciplinary action.

7. Investigation and Disciplinary Action

Upon receiving a complaint, MUV will:

1. Acknowledge receipt of the complaint.

2. Conduct an internal investigation, which may include:
-Interviewing involved parties.
-Reviewing trip data, GPS logs, and communication records.

3. Determine appropriate action, which may include:

   * Warning or education.
   * Temporary suspension from the platform.
   * Permanent deactivation of the user account.
   * Referral to law enforcement (if applicable).

8. Appeals Process

Any individual subject to disciplinary action may submit a written appeal within 7 days of notification. Appeals will be reviewed by MUV’s Compliance Team, and a final decision will be made within 14 days.

9. Retaliation Prohibited

MUV strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports misconduct in good faith. Retaliatory actions may result in account deactivation.

10. Modifications to This Policy

MUV reserves the right to update this Misconduct Policy at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or through the MUV app.
