Anti-Discrimination Policy

1. Purpose
MUV Technologies Inc. (“MUV,” “we,” or “the Company”) is committed to ensuring a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all riders, drivers, and stakeholders who use our rideshare platform. Discrimination, harassment, or bias of any kind is strictly prohibited and goes against our core values as a Texas-based transportation technology company.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all individuals using or representing the MUV platform in the state of Texas, including:
* Independent driver-partners
* Riders
* Employees and contractors
* Vendors and affiliated service providers
It applies to conduct that occurs in-person, through our app, or via any communication or interaction related to our platform.
3. Protected Characteristics
In accordance with Texas law and applicable federal regulations, MUV prohibits discrimination based on:
* Race or color
* National origin or ancestry
* Religion or creed
* Sex, gender identity, or gender expression
* Sexual orientation
* Age (40 and over under federal law)
* Disability (physical or mental)
* Pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions
* Veteran or military status
* Citizenship or immigration status (unless restricted by law)
* Genetic information
* Any other characteristic protected by the Texas Labor Code or Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
4. Prohibited Conduct
Discriminatory and harassing behaviors are strictly prohibited. Examples include, but are not limited to:
* Refusing rides or services based on a person’s identity or appearance
* Derogatory comments, jokes, or slurs
* Use of hate speech or offensive symbols
* Harassment, intimidation, or unwanted physical contact
* Rating riders or drivers unfairly based on prejudice
* Denying reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities, including service animals if accepted initially in APP
5. Accessibility
Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Texas Human Resources Code Chapter 121, all drivers are required to:
* Accept riders with service animals if accepted in APP
* Provide reasonable assistance as needed
* Not impose additional charges due to a rider’s disability
Refusing service based on disability, mobility device, or service animal is grounds for immediate suspension or deactivation.
6. Reporting Discrimination
Anyone who experiences or witnesses discriminatory behavior while using the MUV platform is encouraged to report it immediately. You may:

Reports will be handled promptly, confidentially, and without retaliation.
7. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to:
* Verbal or written warnings
* Temporary suspension from the platform
* Mandatory anti-bias education or training
* Permanent deactivation of MUV accounts
* Referral to legal authorities if applicable
All investigations will be conducted fairly, respecting the rights of all parties involved.
8. Legal Compliance in Texas
This policy is developed in compliance with the following laws:
Texas Labor Code Chapter 21 (Texas Commission on Human Rights Act)
Texas Human Resources Code Chapter 121 (Rights of Persons with Disabilities)
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VI and VII
Fair Housing Act (as applicable to transportation)
9. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed at least once annually or as required by changes in law or business operations. MUV Technologies Inc. reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time.
